COMEDIAN MARCYA

Comedian Marcya first stepped on stage as a comic in 2007 for an open mic at the Huntington, WV Funny Bone and from that point she was hooked! She has since performed at comedy clubs in WV, OH, KY and NC. She’s has performed for private shows, such as Marshall University’s 2008 Homecoming Step Show and comedian Chris Wiles’ 2009 Valentine’s Day Show, among others. She is also a member of the North Carolina Comics Allstars group and has performed at various venues throughout the state. Marcya is a full-time mother of three wonderful teen-aged daughters who are her artistic muses. She currently resides in North Carolina, but is also “from” New York, Maryland, Virginia, Texas, West Virginia and California.
